MMP Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Social Housing contactor based in Oldbury. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible based in Oldbury, with a salary of 52,000. The successful candidate will carry out the full range of Quantity Surveyor duties including pricing variations, completing interim valuations, valuing sub-contractor accounts, and assisting with tenders and framework bids. They will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring commercial activities to meet project objectives in line with company processes and best practices. This includes reviewing and submitting Applications for Payment, finalising jobs for invoicing, and managing contra charges and cost transfers.
