We''re looking for a Site Manager to join our LandQ team based in Rainham Location: Rainham Hours:40 hours per week - Monday to Friday What will you be responsible for? As a Site Manager, you''ll be working within the L and Q team, supporting them in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and to the required standards. Your day to day will include: Leading, managing, and motivating the site''s operational staff Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, and government agencies Implementing the operational project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout and beyond construction Ensuring compliance with Kier Group''s SHE policy, legal requirements, and best practices What are we looking for?
