You’re a problem solver, a people person, and a proud ambassador for the RAC. Whether you’re on a busy roadside or a quiet cul-de-sac, you’re calm under pressure, quick to connect, and confident in your craft.You embrace flexibility. One moment it’s fault diagnostics, the next it’s a flat tyre or a flat battery - no two jobs are the same. You’ll manage your own kit, keep your van stocked, and handle your reports with precision.You read situations and make the call; finding the right fix, supporting each member, and keeping everyone moving. Every call-out is a chance to showcase the RAC difference.What you’ll need

A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experienceA customer-focused approachA full UK driving licenceFlexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessaryRewards and Benefits
