This role offers the chance to help develop the Mid/High-Net-Worth Market and guide junior team members.You will be responsible for developing, negotiating, and underwriting new and existing private client business, while building strong relationships with brokers to support business growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUnderwrite new business and renewal risks within delegated binding authoritiesEngage directly with insurers for technical referralsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key trading partnersManage MTAs, cancellations, and general referral inquiriesContribute to the creation and execution of sales campaignsServe as a technical reference to support Underwriting Teams, Junior Colleagues, and Account ManagersAssess the impact of claims and risk management on case performance and adjust underwriting accordinglyQUALIFICATIONSCII DIP CII or ACIIEXPERIENCESolid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirementsSKILLSStrong sales mindset with the ability to build relationships and develop close rapport with brokersAbility to learn and adapt to changeHigh level of numeracy, analytical, and literacy skillsExceptional organisational and prioritisation skillsEffective communication abilitiesIf you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on
