The Role Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30 Location: Fleet Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days a week on site This is a key role in the Performance Marketing team, supporting efforts to grow our programmatic operations and scale our candidate acquisition across multiple markets but notably the US, UK and EMEA. You will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks such as analysing and optimising campaigns, performance reporting, assisting with finance processes, developing new partnerships and nurturing our existing relationships with good account management and communications.
