We are looking for an experienced and-dedicated-Nursery Manager-to join a-well-established early years-setting in-Barnet.-

This is a-full-time, permanent role, offering the opportunity to lead a nursery team and oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and education in line with the EYFS framework.-

You will be:-

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery to ensure smooth operations-

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Early Years practitioners and room leaders-

• Ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements-

• Managing staff-rotas, recruitment support, supervision, and performance reviews-

• Monitoring planning, observations, and assessments to-maintain-high-quality learning outcomes-

• Maintaining-accurate-records, policies, and administrative documentation-

• Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies-

The successful candidate will hold a-minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare-and have proven leadership or management experience within a UK nursery or early years setting. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted inspection requirements is essential.-
