This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to move away from a traditional site-based role and become a strategic pillar within a high-performing Design Team.Based in a modern office in South London, you will be responsible for the commercial integrity of the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Fire, and Communications systems during the critical design and pre-construction phases. You will ensure that world-class engineering remains commercially viable, compliant, and cost-effective as it moves from the drawing board to reality.The RoleThe Senior Quantity Surveyor will bridge the gap between technical engineering excellence and robust financial management, providing real-time commercial advice to the wider project team.Key Responsibilities:Support the design team through the initial phases, providing commercial risk advice and driving value engineering.Lead the administration of NEC3/4 (Options A, C, and E) contracts.
