The Development Division is responsible for all fundraising at Tate from individual, institutional, public sector and corporate sources. You will provide Executive Assistant support to the Director of Development and diary management for the Deputy Development Director. You will also play a critical role in ensuring the smooth-running of the office of the Director and the wider Development division. You''ll have proven experience of working in a senior level EA role in a complex organisation and excellent administrative skills with proven experience of organising meetings and diaries and filtering and providing information for senior colleagues. Your excellent interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills will enable you to act as the first point of contact for the Director and support the Director in managing relationships with senior Tate stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will also be responsible for supporting the Director in the management of Tate Foundation and its Trustees.
