Interim Residential Asset Manager

£550 per day (umbrella) | Inside IR35
Based in Harlow - 4 days per week on site

We are supporting Harlow District Council in their search for a skilled Residential Asset Manager to join the team on a 12-month temporary contract.
This role will take ownership of asset data across the council''s housing portfolio, manage a small team of Asset Information Analysts, and model various investment scenarios to shape next year''s programme and beyond. You''ll be responsible for interpreting the data into clear, actionable plans for large-scale component replacement works in occupied homes.
 
Key responsibilities:
·Manage and model housing asset and component data to support investment planning
·Oversee a team of Asset Information Analysts
·Work closely with the internal team to build a deliverable programme of works
·Use MRI/Orchard (including Asset and Compliance modules) to access and interpret data
·Translate stock condition data into planned packages of work based on priorities
 
What we''re looking for:
·UK Resident
·Minimum 3 years'' experience working within the public sector, ideally within local authority housing
·Proven experience working with housing asset databases and component data
·Skilled in building and running complex reports and data models
·Confident people manager, able to support and guide a small team
·Comfortable being based on site in Harlow four days per week
