As the Technical Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technical team ensuring the best quality of garment and product is produced, implement the ethical and compliance business strategy delivering exceptional standards. You will be responsible for test reporting, supplier management, attending sourcing, development and compliance meetings in the UK and internationally, quality control and sourcing fabrics, trims, wash, yarns etc. As a valued member of the senior management team, you will report directly to the Product Director and work very closely with heads of departments across design, buying, operations and supply chain contributing to the brand''s strategy. The ideal applicant must have previous technical management experience ideally working for a premium, high street or fashion brand, demonstrating outstanding ethical, compliance, sourcing, supplier management and garment construction skills.
