Office and Accounts Administrator
Our Client is seeking a reliable and well-organised full-time Office and Accounts Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role combines general administrative responsibilities with accounts and bookkeeping and requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and confidence using computer systems.Office Hours (Full Time Office Based Role)Monday to Friday - 8:00am 4:30pmKey Responsibilities Accounts and Finance SupportCarrying out bookkeeping duties, including reconciling and maintaining accurate financial recordsRaising sales invoices and processing purchase invoicesManaging credit control, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up overdue paymentsProviding support with wages payroll, with a basic understanding of payroll processesAssisting with CIS administration (desirable)Assisting with VAT records and returns (desirable)Office Administration including data entryAnswering and directing phone calls in a professional mannerManaging and responding to emails efficientlyScheduling appointments and maintaining diariesFiling and maintaining well-organised digital and paper recordsOrdering office supplies and monitoring stock levels Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in a full-time office-based administrative roleExperience in bookkeeping, invoicing, purchasing, and reconciliationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ..... full job details .....
