This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for a confident and experienced individual seeking to manage their own residential conveyancing caseload.Responsibilities

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independentlyHandling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build transactionsLiaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitorsEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal proceduresMaintaining accurate file management and documentationRequirements

Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finishCLC qualification preferredStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environmentProactive approach to problem-solving and client serviceBenefits
