Requirements of the Senior Project ManagerPrevious experience within a construction consultancy is essentialMRICS/MCIOB/MAPM AccreditedStrong business acumenPre-contract experience would be beneficialFull Driving LicenseSolid technical delivery experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.A comprehensive knowledge of JCT and NEC3 building contracts.
