This is a 12-month maternity cover position starting in January and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced repairs and maintenance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling and coordinating reactive and planned repairs for housing stockManaging operatives'' diaries to ensure maximum productivity and service deliveryActing as a key point of contact for residents, handling repair enquiries professionally and efficientlyLiaising with contractors, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescalesMonitoring job progress, updating systems accurately, and resolving scheduling issuesEnsuring repairs are delivered in line with service level agreements and customer satisfaction targetsSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a Repairs Planner, Scheduler, or similar coordination roleBackground in social housing, property services, or maintenance environments preferredStrong organisational and time-management skillsConfident communicator with excellent customer service skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage high volumes of workCompetent IT skills, with experience using scheduling or repairs management systemsWhat''s on Offer 17 per hour12-month ..... full job details .....
