Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4 hoursSupervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support where neededDevelop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are regularly and thoroughly cleanedMonitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessaryConduct regular site inspections to identify any issues and address them promptlyEnsure all health and safety regulations and procedures are followed by the teamTrain new cleaners and provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve their skills and productivityMaintain a positive and professional relationship with our clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely mannerCollaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfactionKeep accurate records of cleaning schedules, performance reports, and any incidents that may occur on siteQualifications and Skills:Previous experience in a supervisory or management roleExcellent leadership and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of health and safety regulations and proceduresAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailIf you have experience in supervising cleaning teams and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
