Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping young children thrive? We''re working with a welcoming primary school in West Bromwich who are looking for a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

You''ll be supporting children across Year 1 and Year 2 on a long-term basis, helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment where pupils feel confident and supported in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support for the teacher and children in KS1.
• Deliver small group interventions in phonics, reading, and maths.
• Support pupils'' social and emotional development.
• Help maintain a calm, positive atmosphere in the classroom.
• Assist with classroom prep, displays, and general day-to-day tasks.

You Will Need:

• Previous experience supporting children in EYFS or KS1 (school or nursery setting).
• Confident with early learning strategies including phonics.
• A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
