Bid Estimator

Our client is a well-established M&E Service Provider with an impressive portfolio of clients UK wide. It is currently looking to hire a Bid Estimator to join the sales team in Southwest England.
As the Bid Estimator, you will report into the Business Development Manager and with their support you will help put together tenders for M&E contracts. Your role will involve pricing up works, labour loading, costing for all works that fall specifically under mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance.
The successful Bid Estimator must have a proven track record of working in a similar role or at least have worked within a Facilities Management sales team and understand the FM and Maintenance industry. You must have excellent attention to detail, have strong IT and Excel skills, and be passionate and enthusiastic about what you do and be willing to keep learning.
You will receive support and career development, and our client offer hybrid working, the expectation is to be in the office at least 3 days per week. There will also be some travel involved around the country.
