We are a well-established and growing company specialising in the installation of staircases, balustrades, glass balustrade systems, balconies, and secondary steelwork. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Fitter to join our team. Job Role As a Site Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation of various metalwork structures on-site. You will work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Installation of staircases, balustrades, glass balustrade systems, balconies, and secondary steelwork. Reading and interpreting technical drawings. Ensuring all installations meet the required specifications and quality standards. Working effectively within a team and liaising with other trades on-site. Adhering to all health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience as a Site Fitter or similar role within the metalwork or construction industry. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with hand and power tools. CSCS card (or willingness to obtain). Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work at heights.
