Everything you need to know about the role
As a Research Executive or Senior Research Executive, you’ll be a key part of the healthcare team, involved in both qualitative and quantitative projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with senior team members.
Managing elements of qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Contributing to proposal writing, project management, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis, and client-ready deliverables.
Translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.
Working with internal design specialists to produce impactful reports and presentations.
Collaborating across teams and geographies to deliver high-quality outputs.
Supporting client communications and, where appropriate, presenting findings.
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
We’re looking for a motivated researcher who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is confident working independently.
At least 1+ year of experience
in a primary research environment, with healthcare or pharmaceutical clients.
Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the confidence to interact with clients.
Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ambition to develop your skills and career.
What’s on offer?
Salary £30,000–£40,000 depending on number of years of experience (top banding c. 4-5 years).
Hybrid working (London-based role).
