You will provide a range of reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with contractual requirements and KPIs.Key Responsibilities and TraitsPerform a wide variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fabric repairs across the site.Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to ensure the building''s systems are operating efficiently.Monitor and maintain the integrity of the building''s fabric, including walls, floors, windows, doors, and fixtures.Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unblocking drains, and repairing taps and toilets.Assist with minor electrical works such as changing light bulbs, fuses, and ensuring all electrical systems are safe.Ensure all maintenance work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimise downtime and disruption.Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any issues that may ..... full job details .....
