What you''ll do:

• Lead and manage solar and electrical installations from start to finish
• Work directly on drawings, design, and technical planning
• Coordinate with teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Push the boundaries of what''s possible and help the company grow and innovate

What we''re looking for:

• Hands-on experience in electrical systems, ideally with some solar power experience
• Strong knowledge of design, installation, and project management
• Ambitious, proactive, and ready to make a real impact
