We\''re seeking a talented person to join our Audit Team in Beaconsfield, who will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of audit assignments to a high standard of technical competence, delivered with a good degree of autonomy, and within budget and client expectations.Our Beaconsfield office offers you the opportunity to work in a friendly sociable team environment with genuine opportunities to grow your career alongside the company\''s growth strategy.You will have exposure to working across a varied client portfolio and a supportive and collaborative team.As Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include among othersComplying with the firm\''s operating procedures on all assignments to deliver a consistent, high quality outputRegularly communicating with managers, Principals and other colleagues to update on progress with assigned workTimely and cost effective completion of tasks assigned, meeting deadlines and budgets to deliver an excellent standard of output with good fee recoveryTraining, mentoring and supervising more junior team members, supporting their growth as they progress through the firmFacilitating team work and spirit within the teamQualifications
To be successful in this role, you shouldMust have an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA)Have demonstrable audit experience gained within a professional services firmHave experience planning, undertaking and completing a wide variety of audit assignments under FRS 102Have experience planning, undertaking and finalising a variety of statutory audit assignments, compliant with ISAsBe able to monitor costs against budget for clientsDesiredPrevious experience planning, undertaking and completing a wide variety of accounts assignments under FRS 102 Section 1A and FRS 105, of varying sizes and complexityPrevious exposure to IFRSExposure to specialist audit assignmentsAdditional Information
