Projects include regeneration, refurbishment, and integration of new-build elements. Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of drawing packages from planning to technical stagesAssist in preparing construction documents and specificationsContribute to design development across various residential projects Collaborate with team members and external consultantsAttend site visits and assist in technical problem-solvingOpportunity to develop Principal Designer knowledge (training supported). Required Skills and ExperiencePart II qualification with UK-based work experienceKnowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential standardsGood AutoCAD skills and familiarity with 3D software (Revit highly desirable)A proactive and collaborative approach to project workAbility to manage time and work to deadlines in a small team environmentStrong verbal and written English communication skillsInterest in developing skills as a Principal Designer is welcomed - the studio will fund training.
