We are hiring a Head of Intermediary RelationsWe are recruiting for a Head of Intermediary Relations as part of our expansion plans for the next phase of our journey.You will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering the Society''s intermediary proposition and brand strategy. We want to grow and want to increase market share in our target segments through intermediary usage, retention and increasing our brand awareness and consideration. As with any lender keeping on top of the market trends and spotting new lending areas will be key.You will be managing the Sales Teams, internally and externally, external Mortgage Club and Network relationships, representing the company within trade bodies and at key industry events. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:The Ability to develop and execute strategic initiativesStrong understanding of the intermediary mortgage market and regulatory landscapeDeep understanding and relationships with Mortgage Club and Mortgage NetworksAt least 2 years'' management experience with a deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycleStrong leadership skillsStrong communication skills and strategic mindsetProven responsibility for delivery and performance through the leadership and developmentProven evidence of utilising data and insight to identify and analyse strategic options, with influence to gain agreement to delivery.
