Working closely with the CEO and senior team, you will oversee financial management and contribute to the delivery of vital services that make a rea difference in people’s lives across London.The key duties of this Finance Manager will be:Manage budgets across multiple funding streams, supporting budget holders with monitoring and reporting.Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, liaising with outsourced providers for payroll, accounts, and reporting.Play a vital role in the preparation of timely financial statements for staff and the Board, ensuring accurate and clear reporting.Lead on bank reconciliations, cash flow, debtors, and grant compliance.Support the development of grant applications and tenders with accurate financial input.Ensure financial processes meet all compliance standards and assist with audits.Act as a key partner to the CEO and senior leaders, strengthening financial understanding across the organisation.This role offers the chance to be more than just the numbers - you’ll play a central role in supporting the organisation’s growth and sustainability.
