role:Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with autism or social and emotional needs (preferred, not essential).Experience working with SEN (in school, care, or voluntary settings) preferred, not essentialKnowledge of and experience with behaviour management strategies.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents and other professionals.A patient and nurturing approach to working with children.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.Commitment to ongoing professional development in SEN practices and strategies.
