MandE Project Manager 60k - 80k per annumChigwellA new role has arisen to work as an MandE Project Manager in London, on a prestigious project providing MandE support of the build.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the project, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain timelines.Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life cycle.Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and regulations.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or project management are ..... full job details .....
