We are seeking a full-time
Office Administrator
to provide essential support to our Commercial and Transport teams. This role offers variety and responsibility, making it ideal for a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities
Preparation and processing of transport invoicesHandling collection and delivery documentationProviding administrative support to the Commercial teamData entry and order management on our ERP system (training provided)Covering holiday absences where requiredGeneral administrative duties as neededWhat We’re Looking For
Professional, accountable, and well-organisedStrong communication skills and attention to detailGood knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms (training provided on our bespoke ERP system)A collaborative team player with a positive attitudeFull-time, permanent role40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with bi-weekly Saturday cover (limited hours)Salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, dependent on experienceOpportunities for personal and professional development within a growing business
