We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant to lead workstreams within large education transformation programmes. This role combines delivery leadership, client engagement, and contribution to growth initiatives.What You’ll Do

Lead delivery of workstreams in digital transformation projects.Advise stakeholders on systems, data, and operating model improvements.Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts.Support business development through proposals, events, and thought leadership.Shape methods, tools, and sector insights.What We’re Looking For

5-8 years'' experience in consulting, digital transformation, or education leadership.Strong experience managing projects or large workstreams.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.Commercial mindset with sector credibility.Why Join?
