We are currently recruiting for a Children''s Home Manager for a new children''s home based in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday. The package on offer is top end market rate of up to 72,000. Duties of the Children''s Home Registered Manager include: You will manage the 4 bedded, LD residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of Residential Manager, you will participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBDBuild and develop staff teamManage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support WorkersEnsure the service meets OFSTED standardsManage staff team within the serviceManage recruitment and staffingWork with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and proceduresManage quality assuranceManage budgetPackage:A competitive salary of up to 60,000+ 5,000 in welcome bonuses+ up to 10% performance bonusesRequirements:Full UK driving licenceCompleted Level 5 Residential ChildcareExperience within an EBD SettingQCF 3 in Children and young people''s workforce (children''s social care pathway) or equivalent. ..... full job details .....
