Due to growth we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Financial Controller / Management Accountant

to join our Finance team. The role will focus on generating monthly management accounts with complex intercompany movements and KPI insight into the business. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes ownership of their work. It is a DOING not reviewing role. Detailed QuickBooks knowledge needed.Key Responsibilities

Process and manage

customer invoices

and maintain the Accounts Receivable ledger.Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice or payment queries.Proactively chase overdue payments.Support

month-end processes , including journals, reconciliations, and reporting as required.Assist with

cash flow forecasting

by providing timely updates on receivables, projected invoicing and bank receipts.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.Preparing financial reports for management, stakeholders, and potentially the board.Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and legislation.Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2 years ACCA/CIMA qualified.2 years'' experience in FC or management accounts function with exposure to management accounts processes.Strong understanding of

journals and management accounts processes .Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. There will be a test as part of the interview process.High level of

accuracy ,

attention to detail , and reliability.Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritising workflow.Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Salary and Working Hours

Full-time: Office based (4 Days in office 1 Remote)
