Multi-Trade operative 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Joiner for repairs and maintenance contract on the Wirral. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and be joinery bias.

The Job and duties of Multi-trade operative 

• • Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
  • Fitting Kitchens 
  • Bathroom fitting 
  • Tiling 

   

   

Multi skilled operatives must be experienced 

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative 

• • You will need a Full UK driving license and vehicle
  • Proven experience in the maintenance sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
