As Voids Supervisor you will manage and coordinate all void property works, ensuring properties are turned around quickly, safely, and to a high standard in preparation for new tenancies. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose Job Purpose As Voids Supervisor you will oversee the end-to-end management of void properties, ensuring properties are turned around efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising void periods, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities include; Manage the voids process from tenancy termination to re-let, ensuring timely and cost-efficient property turnaround. Coordinate inspections, repairs, and maintenance works required to bring void properties up to a re-let standard. Liaise with contractors, internal maintenance teams, and housing officers to ensure timely delivery of void works.
