Customer Service Advisor - Shifts
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Sunderland Council''s Telehealth Service on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working up to 35 hours per week on a shift basis. Key Duties and Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for customers and service users Handle enquiries via telephone, face-to-face, email, web chat, letter, and social media Provide accurate information and guidance on council and partner services Resolve enquiries at first point of contact or triage and escalate complex cases where required Build strong rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication Act as an advocate for customers, working with internal and external partners to meet service standards Requirements: Previous experience of working in a Customer Service/Call Handling setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Please apply with an up to date CV ASAP if this role would be of interest to ..... full job details .....
