Your role involves supporting residents with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility, always prioritizing their dignity and independence. You will manage medication administration and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintain detailed care plans and risk assessments that reflect residents’ needs and preferences. By engaging with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, you will communicate with clarity and compassion, building meaningful relationships. You will welcome visitors, showcase our home’s facilities, and respond promptly to emergencies, assessing situations and providing or arranging assistance as needed.
