Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties and ensure that instructions specified by management are adhered to. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintain the professional image of CBRE at all times. 2. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE employees and clients'' representatives. 3. Ensure that Planned /reactive work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. Inclusive of Winter Contingency and associated gritting. 4. Identify any defects found to Line Manager. 5. Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Line Manager. 6.
