Reliability Engineer

You will take ownership of plant performance, reduce failure before it happens and play a key part in improving overall equipment effectiveness across the site.The hiring manager is open to strong multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers who want to step up into a more reliability-focused position and develop their PLC capability further.What You Will Do:- Analyse equipment data across the plant to predict and prevent machine failure before it impacts production.- Develop and enhance preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.- Lead FMEA and structured root cause analysis to deliver permanent corrective actions.- Diagnose and improve mechanical, electrical and PLC-related issues within automated production equipment.- Maintain and update machine software to ensure maximum availability and performance.- Support and develop Maintenance Technicians in TPM and PLC capability.- Manage maintenance suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost, quality and delivery objectives are achieved.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new digital tools across the facility.What You Will Bring:- time-served via a recognised Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship, with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical, ..... full job details .....
