Digital Content Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Content Assistant to support the delivery of our marketing and communications strategy. This is a varied and exciting role for someone with strong digital, organisational, and communication skills who thrives in a busy team environment.Responsibilities
Uphold the safeguarding and welfare of pupils, acting as a positive role model at all times.Support the delivery of the annual marketing and communications strategy, including digital campaigns and budget execution.Assist with research, planning, and development of new marketing solutions.Act as a brand guardian, ensuring guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity are applied consistently across all materials.Manage and contribute to digital channels: website, email marketing, SEO/GEO, and social media (including reporting and analysis).Create high-quality content, including copywriting, design assets (Canva, InDesign), photography and video.Support Admissions with recruitment campaigns, including bespoke digital content for events and social channels.Liaise with external suppliers such as photographers, web agencies, and production companies.Collaborate closely with colleagues across Admissions, Commercial, and Development to deliver engaging events and communications.Contribute to wider school initiatives, producing collateral such as programmes, event publicity, and campaign materials.Qualifications
A Level, T Level or Btec Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Photography (or relevant equivalent)Delivering within agreed timings in a fast-paced environmentDevelop ideas and produce material and content that links to overall brand of the schoolAbility to adapt and move between multiple projects within the same dayA competitive salary, commensurate with the candidate''s experience.Benefits
