Our client Cambridgeshire county council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team.

• Complete Care Act 2014 assessments, including complex and high-cost care packages
• Undertake timely reviews following changes in individuals'' needs or circumstances
• Deliver a minimum of two completed and recorded assessments per week
• Carry out face-to-face assessments and reviews
• Actively involve advocates, carers, and families
• Analyse and evaluate care and support arrangements
• Work closely with brokerage and contracts colleagues
• Ensure care packages maximise independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and defensible records

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience with Learning Disabilities/Autism
• Knowledge of Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act
• Experience reviewing complex care packages
• Access to own vehicle is essential
