Fractional CTO AI-Driven Automated Workflows andamp; HR Document Verification Engagement: Fractional Location: Flexible The Role We are working with a start-up organization involved with utilizing AI Automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across people operations. They are seeking a Fractional Chief Technology Officer to provide both strategic leadership and practical involvement in the design and delivery of AI-enabled automated workflows, with particular focus on HR document verification and compliance-critical processes. This role suits a senior technology leader who is comfortable shaping direction at executive level while also contributing directly to the build and evolution of systems or applications where appropriate.
