Right now, we re looking for a Recruitment and Operations Administrator to join us and support both our recruitment and operational teams due to continued growth.What you ll be doing:• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and our CRM system• Creating and posting job ads, and marketing candidates out into our network• Keeping our CRM system updated, accurate and error free• Supporting the Operations Manager with credit control, invoicing and general business admin duties• Assisting with inbox management, scheduling interviews, and other team support tasks• Working closely with our Technical Director and Operations Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsWhat we re looking for:• Experience in recruitment resourcing or HR admin• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems• Excellent organisation and attention to detail• Proactive, helpful, and team-focused attitude• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced ..... full job details .....
