Analyst Fund Accounting - PERE - Newly Qualified Accountant. OUR CLIENT is an ambitious, well-capitalised, pan-European specialist private equity real estate investment company. They have a proven track record of delivery within the real estate sector and focusses on investment and asset management of commercial real estate across Europe. They seek to appoint a newly qualified accountant (ACCA /ACA) to join their notable Finance and Operations team. This is a very varied role working on commercial finance and fund accounting workstreams on their Flagship Funds; which require an entrepreneurial, hard-working and growth mindset. THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Analyst Fund Accounting position:Overseeing timely, accurate management accounts for SPVs and fund consolidation in local GAAP and US GAAP reporting.Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, income statements and cashflow statements accordingly for SPVs.Managing the business cashflow and optimising working capital requirements for each SPV.Liaising with external auditors to prepare statutory accounts.Managing relationships with account holding banks and reporting on covenants.Managing budgets and forecasting.Debt covenant preparation.Implementing drawdowns / capital statements.Investor relations with limited partners on accounting and capital drawdowns.Assisting with portfolio management / returns analysis.Monitoring asset performance vs. underwriting.Co-ordinating and liaising with external company directors to manage the ..... full job details .....
