This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our Manchester office, supporting IT, office administration, and health and safety duties. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, working closely with our external IT consultants and building management team.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support:Manage IT equipment (laptops, printers) and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.Liaise with external IT support for troubleshooting and system setups.Maintain IT databases and ensure all office equipment is in working order.Office Administration:Oversee office supplies, meeting room bookings, and visitor access.Coordinate with building management and reception teams.Process purchase orders and manage shared office resources.Health and Safety:Act as a fire warden and first aider.Support health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance.What We’re Looking ForStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Basic technical knowledge, particularly with Microsoft 365 and IT equipment.Experience in shared office environments (e.g., WeWork, Clockwise) is a plus.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.Why Work With Us?At Salix, we believe our people are the key to our success.
