Conduct

Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys

(houses, flats, apartments)Assess and report on

structural issues and defectsProduce

clear, concise and client-friendly reportsLiaise with

clients, estate agents, and stakeholders

to ensure a smooth processCarry out

residential property valuationsWhat They’re Looking For:

Solid experience conducting detailed

Level 3 residential surveysConfident communicator – able to explain technical details clearly and simplyStrong attention to detail and client-focused approachWhat You’ll Get:
