HVAC Project Manager
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to -70,000 basic (DOE) + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package
A leading building services / hard services facilities maintenance contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage and deliver projects ranging from -10,000 to -1 million. The company works with high-profile clients in Offices, Universities, and Science establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations for remedial works and replacement of HVAC systems.
• Oversee and manage project delivery, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling, liaise with clients and internal teams, and allocate labour resources.
• Manage projects from inception through to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing HVAC installations and remedial projects.
• Technical qualifications in at least one HVAC discipline.
• IOSH certification is desirable.
• Strong site presence and leadership.
• Must be commutable to London and surrounding areas.
