HSE Lead / Practitioner

CRS are currently assisting our renewables client in sourcing a full time HSE Lead / Practitioner, to join the team at the offices in Lancaster. This is an excellent opportunity to join the company who are again experiencing another period of growth. The HSE Lead / Practitioner will be representing the Company whilst providing monitoring, management and practical assistance for internal HSE requirements. Previous experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment are highly desired to be considered. HSE Lead / Practitioner responsibilities: Champion HSE best practice within all areas of the business, especially the manufacturing facility. Maintain, manage, update the Company s HSE documentation within our QMS and associated documentation. Maintain HSE compliance objectives against current legislation and standards with a view that all targets are achieved. To plan, implement and manage HSE internal audits. Collate and analyse HSE performance data and charts against defined KPI s. Work with Company and Project requirements to establish HSE requirements Identify relevant HSE-related training needs and deliver / organise training. Taking a risk based approach to all aspects of the business, generating Risk Assessments and procedures. Implement and identify training requirements . Writing technical and management HSE reports as required. Our ideal candidate will have: IOSH. Nebosh General. Manufacturing experience.
