Lead Delivery championsExperience in Win11 complex business areas within CIB (Global Markets, Research and Banking) - Azure VDI - Trader VDIDay to day operations supportDesktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Trading Applications such as Bloomberg and Bloomberg add-ins for OfficeUse of Active Directory, setting users, add permissions, changing group policies, logon scriptsConfiguration of local and network printersTroubleshooting connectivity issues, Ethernet, wirelessSupporting users with all issues after upgradeKeep inventory and asset managementReport to client project managerMaintain a high degree of customer interaction and service for all support queries
