We are recruiting for an experienced and a " hands on " Management Accountant/Finance Manager, ideally with experience of using ERP Systems. Full time office based role, Salary 45,000 per annum. Working for a very successful and long standing organisation. This role will be office based at their prestigous offices in the East Hanningfield, Essex area. Reporting to the Finance Director, as Management Accountant you will assist in the smooth running of the Finance department, assisting the Finance Director with preparing the weekly/monthly and annual accounts Key tasks Daily checking of sales/ purchase invoice allocation within Sage. Investigating and solve any discrepancies to ensure all product costings are correct, ensure daily sales invoicing is processed Prepare weekly supplier payment reports for all entities Assist in the process of monthly group management accounts Reconciliations of Balance sheet control accounts Management of company credit card facility Prioritise and manage a varied workload Assisting in daily banking and month-end reconciliations of all bank accounts across the group includes multicurrency accounts and invoice credit facility. Experience with handling multicurrency transactions Knowledge of Inter-company charging, raising invoices for HQ to subsidiaries Assist with month-end deferred revenue, accruals, prepayments and FAR process and maintain up-to-date schedules Ensure monthly processing deadlines are consistently met Ownership of all entities ..... full job details .....
