What You''ll Be Doing:Core Responsibilities:Lead S106 agreements and CIL processes.Negotiate developer contributions and ensure compliance.Monitor and report on contributions and infrastructure delivery.Support planning policies related to developer contributions.Ensure proper allocation and expenditure of contributions.Enforce obligations when necessary.
