Temporary Site Manager Required - 2-Week Commercial Fit-Out
Location: Stokesley (near Newcastle)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Duration: 2 Weeks

We''re looking for an experienced Site Manager to cover a 2-week commercial fit-out project starting 01/09/2025 in Stokesley, just outside of Newcastle. This is a hands-on role overseeing the fit-out of a three-story commercial unit, ensuring the smooth running of the site and maintaining health & safety standards throughout.

• Fit-out of a 3-story commercial unit

• Overseeing subcontractors and trades on site

• Ensuring health & safety compliance and quality control

• Keeping works on programme and liaising with suppliers and project leads

• Daily reporting and site documentation

• Previous experience managing similar fit-out or refurbishment projects

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification

• Valid First Aid at Work and CSCS card

• Confident managing a site independently

• Strong communication and organisational skills

The project is located in Stokesley, North Yorkshire - commutable from Newcastle and surrounding areas.
